Interfaith Heights Rehabilitation - Wilkes Barre, PA


The Interfaith Heights project in Wilkes-Barre, PA, was a transformative residential conversion spread across 13 acres. This comprehensive rehabilitation involved upgrading 170 apartment units and 70 townhouses, revitalizing the entire complex to improve living standards, enhance community spaces, and create a welcoming environment for all residents.

The project required meticulous updates to both the interiors and exteriors, integrating modern amenities while preserving the character that makes Interfaith Heights a central part of the Wilkes-Barre community. This work reflects a strong commitment to quality and a dedication to fostering a community-focused atmosphere that supports residents’ long-term well-being.

Through strategic planning, careful project management, and a focus on community-building, the Interfaith Heights transformation set a new standard for rehabilitative development in the region, creating a vibrant and revitalized residential space.

Community Center Development


This commercial project involved the building and transformation of two adjacent properties in Kingston, PA, into a vibrant multi-use community hub. The development created a diverse mix of essential and recreational spaces, including a grocery store, synagogue, restaurant, café, and community center, serving as a central gathering place for the neighborhood.

Each space was thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of the community, fostering a sense of connection and accessibility. From the grocery store providing convenient access to fresh food, to the welcoming community center and café, the development supports local engagement and enriches community life.

Through careful planning and collaboration, this conversion project turned underutilized properties into a thriving, multifunctional destination, setting a new benchmark for commercial community spaces in the area.

The Wright Ave Apartments project is an ambitious rehabilitation of three buildings located in a charming residential neighborhood. This development includes a total of one triplex, one duplex, and a single-family unit, each thoughtfully restored to enhance quality of life for future residents while preserving the neighborhood’s unique character. Our team focused on modernizing interiors and updating essential systems across all units, ensuring comfortable, energy-efficient living spaces. By revitalizing these buildings, we aim to provide quality housing options that blend seamlessly with the existing community, contributing to the neighborhood's growth and vibrancy. Goodwin Ave. Conversion

The Goodwin Ave Conversion project is an innovative redevelopment of a historic brick church building, thoughtfully transformed into eight unique residential units along with a dedicated community space. Located in a vibrant neighborhood, this conversion preserves the building’s architectural charm and historical significance while reimagining its interior for modern living. Each residential unit has been carefully designed to blend contemporary comforts with the building’s original character, featuring exposed brick, high ceilings, and large windows that highlight the beauty of the original structure. The addition of a shared community space reinforces our commitment to creating a hub for neighborhood engagement and connection. This project demonstrates our approach to adaptive reuse, breathing new life into historic buildings while honoring their past and enriching the local community.


Pending Market St. Conversion

The Market St Conversion project transforms a former office building into 13 modern residential units, bringing new energy and purpose to a prime location. This adaptive reuse project reimagines the existing structure, optimizing each floor to create spacious, comfortable apartments that meet the demands of urban living. Every unit has been designed with a focus on functionality and style, incorporating open layouts, updated finishes, and energy-efficient features that enhance both comfort and sustainability. By repurposing this office building, we are not only revitalizing a key property but also contributing to the growth of residential options in a vibrant area. The Market St Conversion exemplifies our commitment to thoughtful urban development, maximizing existing spaces to create high-quality housing and support a dynamic community.

Old Grove Estates is a new residential community development designed to offer a blend of modern amenities and scenic living in Northeast Pennsylvania. Kim Rosentel, of MRA Architecture, served as the lead architect for the Kingston multi-use projects, bringing a visionary approach to the design and execution of these transformative developments.
